Complaints Procedure

In an ideal world complaints would not exist. We do not, however, live in an ideal world and complaints can arise from time to time despite our best efforts.

Most complaints can be resolved through the class teacher or secretary as a matter of routine.
Where a parent is dissatisfied after initial contact then please refer to the complaints procedure below.

If you have any complaints about the support the school provides for those children with special educational needs then you should in the first instance speak to the class teacher and then  book an appointment to see Mrs Cooke, the Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
