Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Nonington Church of England Primary School is an Inclusive Learning Community, where all children are cared for and supported.  In our school, all staff are considered responsible for supporting the needs of pupils with SEND. Our staff are committed to regular, high-quality training to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills to better meet a wide range of pupil needs.

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive expert care and attention. As a result, all children are ready for the next stage of education.
The support of pupils with SEND is a key strength of the school. The school ensures that pupils with complex needs are identified effectively and supported to achieve the best possible outcomes.
